Shipping and returns

The Verizon International store only offers on-demand merchandise. On-demand products are not warehoused but are instead, decorated and fulfilled after the order is placed. On-demand items ship directly from the vendor. The production time varies based on order volume, this process could take up to 4-6 weeks. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Shipping will be determined based on the item(s) ordered and your geographic region.

All orders will ship via FedEx using the best way option available.

Yes, this is an international portal for ordering. Shipping times, taxes and other applicable fees may vary based on your location.

Yes, you may split-ship your order to different addresses. Go to your Shopping Cart and click on the link "Check out with Multiple Address" under the "Go to Checkout" button. Once there you may add the various addresses and select the items that need to ship to each. Save and proceed to checkout. 

We understand some shipments call for a portion of your items to go to another location. If the product features a dropship fee, the vendor will charge for each additional shipping location. The dropship fee is determined by your geographic region and may vary based on the item(s) being shipped.

If any of the merchandise is damaged when you receive it or it is not the correct one(s) you selected, please contact verizonglobalsupport@robertsonmarketing.com and they will assist you with returns and exchanges.

Robertson Marketing is Verizon's branded merchandise partner and we manage this online store. Robertson also has an experienced special/custom order merchandise team that can suggest and source items for events or programs.

Orders

Our goal of the Verizon brand store is to make sure that the Verizon brand is being represented in the best possible way with marketing approved items.

We ask and encourage you to place your order online, however, customer service is available at verizonglobalsupport@robertsonmarketing.com to assist you Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.

The site accepts all major credit cards: Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, and JCB. The bulk order site also allows for authorized Verizon purchase orders to be used for payment. Please make sure that the billing address matches the one for the card you are using. Your card will be charged when the order ships.  When you receive your bill from your credit card company, it will state that the merchant is Robertson Marketing Group. Robertson Marketing manages the store on behalf of Verizon. Please be sure to retain a copy of your order confirmation email for your records. If you would like to order using your cost center, please contact verizonglobalsupport@robertsonmarketing.com.

VAT is not included in the price of goods and will be added at the time of checkout.

If you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation and a shipment confirmation email once the order ships. You may also check the status on the "My Account" page once you are logged into the site.

You may contact customer service at verizonglobalsupport@robertsonmarketing.com to determine if your order can be changed prior to order processing and shipment.

Order processing begins the moment you place your order. However, it may be possible to stop the order prior to it reaching the warehouse. Contact customer support at verizonglobalsupport@robertsonmarketing.com to see if it is possible to still cancel your order.

Rush orders are currently not accepted for this program however, expedited shipping is available for selection at checkout.

On the Employee order page only, limited quantities are available for purchase. If you wish to place a larger order, please visit the bulk order store where orders in any quantity can be placed.

When a purchase is made from this Robertson-operated store, applicable value added and similar taxes will be added to its invoices for recipients within the EU. However, when Robertson ships the purchase to recipients outside of the EU, the recipients will be responsible for duties, customs processing fees, and similar taxes and charges in the destination countries. Such taxes and charges often are not collected, but they can surprise recipients when they are collected. Each national customs agency may withhold delivery until the recipient facilitates payment of such taxes and charges to the requesting agency, which are solely the responsibility of the recipient.
